“Wake up to your Dreams”
Each and every one of us has a life of great potential, you may not realize it, but our dreams reveal our potential each time we sleep, and each time we daydream. In this proactive class I will teach dream interpretation, how to successfully remember your dreams, keep a dream journal, how to use your dreams in a practical way, how to influence your dreams to supply you with the answers to pressing problems and to translate what you dreams are trying to tell you. “Life Interpretations-The Psychology of Tarot”
This proactive class will incorporate different aspect of exploration as well as practical aspects and applications/interpretations of tarot. The word psychology literally means, "study of the soul". It has been claimed that the word “tarot” comes from the Egyptian words tar, meaning "royal", and ro, meaning "road", and that the Tarot therefore represented a "royal road" to wisdom, or indeed “way”. So the classes would simply be a doorway, or perhaps, “royal road” or “way” to self, and a development of that part of ourselves that I do believe we were all born with, that psychic, wise, inquisitive, adventurous, confident, real, self-intuitive, knowing and exquisitely unique parts of our “being”. Also it is important to feel protected, secure and confident on the journey. Class beginners: 6 weeks. Class Advanced: 6 weeks. “Just Relax”Everyone knows that stress and anxiety can have a negative effect on a person’s life therefore learning to relax and allowing yourself the time to relax can have such a positive effect on your life, an increase in good health and wellbeing, focus and motivation, confidence and self-esteem, the benefits are endless, the results tangible, the outlook wonderful.
In this proactive relaxation class it will cover the practical ability of learning to achieve a relaxed state. Recognizing the factors in your life that are “the stressors” and going through the different ways to deal with stress in your life using your own abilities, tools that you already have and maybe don’t know about, and how and when to use them effectively.
